Funding is available through three separate programs, or funding streams, and these form the NDRP.
1.Northern Territory Disaster Resilience Emergency Volunteer Fund (DREVF)
The Northern Territory Disaster Resilience Emergency Volunteer Fund (DREVF) focuses on emergency management volunteers and will provide approved projects up to $75,000 GST inclusive.
2.Northern Territory Disaster Resilience Fund (DRF)
The Northern Territory Disaster Resilience Fund (DRF) focuses on natural disaster resilience works, measures and related activities that contribute to a more resilient community. The DRF will provide funding to approved projects on a 50:50 basis up to a maximum of $100,000 GST exclusive.
3.Northern Territory Risk Priority Project Fund (TRPPF)
The Northern Territory Risk Priority Project Fund (TRPPF) can provide funding of up to $250,000 GST Exclusive to projects that address natural disaster risk knowledge gaps, develop or enhance programs delivering natural disaster resilience, or enhance emergency management capability – on a Territory Wide basis.
Northern Territory Natural Disaster Resilience Program 2017-18 Project Manager’s Guide
The Guide is for managers of projects that have been approved for funding in 2017-18. Project managers should familiarise themselves with the contents of this guide and of the Funding Agreement at the commencement of the project.
