This database contains details of Bills put forward for consideration by the Legislative Assembly, Acts resulting from these proposals and new and amending Subordinate Legislation.
The Legislation has been arranged into categories.
How to search

All records - Bills and Acts according to principal act.
Bills by session - Bills according to the session they were presented in.
Bills by sponsor - Bills according to the name of the sponsor.
Bills before the legislative assembly - Bills currently being debated.
Acts and Subordinate Legislation
Acts by year - Acts according to the year they received assent.
Subordinate Legislation by year and number - Subordinate Legislation according to their year and regulation number.
By agency - Subordinate Legislation according to the responsible agency.
By Principal Regulation - Subordinate Legislation according to their principal regulation.
By Parent Act
Subordinate Legislation according to their Parent Act.
By title - Subordinate Legislation by their title.

Legislation is available in Word and PDF from 2005 for Acts and Subordinate Legislation and from the Tenth Session of Parliament for Bills.
