Official opening of the Braitling Preschool

Sixty Alice Springs pre-schoolers started the school year in a brand new facility with the Braitling Preschool opening its doors this week.

With two dedicated group learning areas and an outdoor learning space designed to facilitate adventure and play-based learning, the $4.6 million facility replaces Teppa Hill Preschool.

The first years of life and schooling are critical for young children and the new facility will provide a more flexible early childhood education service for Alice Springs.

Co-located with Braitling Primary School, it provides a continuous education pathway for students through preschool and transition to primary school.
